Fees & Rules
Advance registration is required. The basic camp fee of $200 per day (multiplied by the number of expected days) is due before the start of your camp. Any additional fees (for instance, more than 25 people, and/or "day-use-only" campers) will be billed following the camp.
Camping Fees
Minimum camp fee is $200 per day (for up to 25 campers) [This amount must be received prior to your scheduled camp.]
$7.50 per person/day charge for each person beyond the first 25 campers
A one-day reservation begins at 4:00 pm and extends until 4:00 pm the following day.
Cleaning Fees
Prior to each camping season, two cooperative work/cleaning days are held. User groups that do not participate will be levied a $200 cleaning fee.
Breakage/Damage/Loss
Users will be billed for any breakage or damage incurred during their stay at the camp. The group leader and camp host should complete a walk-through inspection of the facilities at the beginning and end of each camp.
Insurance
A Certificate of Insurance for liability coverage in the amount of at least $100,000 is required for each camp group.
Food Handlers
The Health Department requires at least one person working in the kitchen to have a current Food Handler's certificate.
Miscellaneous
Only Coast Guard approved life jackets may be used in the boats and canoes. (The camp has several of these available.)
No glass containers on or near the waterfront.
No boisterous activities in the buildings or on the waterfront.
Use footwear to and from the waterfront.
